The fastest help is inside the product itself — the ROVIX apps include in-app support that can see your account and trips (this corporate site can't).

For anything involving a payment, a receipt, or a specific trip, use in-app support so your request is tied to your account securely — please don't email card numbers or personal documents.

Press & partnerships

Email hello@trtrinc.com with "Press" or "Partnership" in the subject line. We aim to respond within two business days.

Safety

If you're in immediate danger, call 911 first. Safety reports about a ROVIX trip should go through in-app support, which routes them for priority human review.
